Destruction of Special Education Records

Wilson School District may destroy special education data and other information on a student who has been in a special education program whenever the student has been withdrawn, transferred, or graduated from the District for at least five (5) years. Before the records are destroyed, parents have the right to review the records and obtain copies of any information.
